The bar, developed by Hawthorne Beverage Group, serves specialty cocktails created with house-made syrups. The restaurant also has an intimate stage area, complete with a film projector and stage lighting as well as an upstairs gallery space. Hours are 5-10 pm Tuesday-Saturday.

Gregg Rentfrow continues to educate while simultaneously providing quality meats from the University of Kentucky Butcher Shop. Lambs, pigs and cattle are raised on nearby farms and then processed in the classroom. These meats are then sold to the community and served in dining halls on campus. Rentfrow also teaches 4H students from multiple counties the process of curing hams, assigning each of them their own ham house to perfect this state tradition.
