“The Anderson County Burgoo Festival has a lot planned for 2015. Downtown Lawrenceburg, Kentucky hosts it on September 25, 26, and 27. On Saturday, a pancake breakfast will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Western Avenue. There will be many other activities throughout the weekend. The festival officially ends at 5:00 p.m. Sunday, September 27. Lawrenceburg is located in the heart of central Kentucky on US 127, just miles south of Frankfort.

There will be lots of burgoo, music, and entertainment, as well as vendors of all kinds. Vendors will fill all avenues of the festival with crafts, food, and other assorted goods beginning on Friday morning and will be open during all festival hours.’
