Justified Memorabilia up for Auction in Kentucky

The Harlan Daily Enterprise reports this week that Justified producers have donated show memorabilia now on exhibit at the Kentucky Coal Museum in Benham, Kentucky.

Currently up for auction on facebook are a poster autographed by Tim Olyphant, Walton Goggins and Graham Yost, and a Justified toboggan.

The facebook page for the “Tri-Cities Woman’s Club” says, “The Tri-Cities Woman’s Club obtained several items from the TV series JUSTIFIED through a friend of Justified. The sole purpose of obtaining these items is to use the proceeds for scholarships. We’re auctioning them off, a couple at a time.”

There is no online auction link; the bidding seems to be conducted via facebook comments, where fans suggest a bid, and their whereabouts, “I bid $100.00 on the poster. I am in the Harlan phone book.”

The Harlan Daily Enterprise reports, “TCWC usually offers a $750 to $1,000 scholarship each year to deserving seniors to help them with their college expenses.”

The FX series Justified is set in Kentucky, with frequent producer visits, but there has been no location filming in Kentucky (yet).

Omaze’s ‘Justified Experience’ charity auction

The beta site Omaze auctioned off a “Drink Scotch with the star of Justified” experience, earlier this year, a Behind the Scenes Scotch Tasting with Justified’s Timothy Olyphant. (Scotch? Not bourbon?)
