What’s Happening for the Super Bowl in Lexington

If you’re looking to make plans to enjoy the Super Bowl but don’t want the headache of hosting a party and cleaning up afterward, check out all of the options Lexington has to offer for entertainment during “The Big Game.”

A sampling of Lexington, Kentucky’s Super Bowl Sunday festivities and events are as follows.

Alexander Bullit’s Winery Brewery & Bistro on Cedar Street is hosting a Super Bowl party with a cover charge that gets you all the food you can eat and you will be able to watch the game on a 200-inch TV.

Backstretch Bar & Grille on Bryan Station Road is hosting a pot luck starting at 5:30 p.m. before kickoff.

Banners Sports Bar and Grill on Boston Road will have a chili dog buffet, Game Day buckets and football history trivia, which starts at 4 p.m.

Buffalo Wild Wings will be giving away prizes during the Super Bowl.

Drakes (all locations) are running drink specials all day including before and during the game.

J Render’s Southern Table & Bar is hosting their Super Bowl party at 6:30 p.m.

The Kitchen at A.S. Eats on Ashland Avenue is offering a Super Bowl party cooking class on Sat. February 3 at 2 p.m.

Locals’ Lex on National Avenue will be open for brunch 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and will have their regular menu from 3 p.m. to close so everyone can enjoy the game.

Mr. Brews Taphouse on Ruccio Way will have Z-ROCK 103 live in house and running cheaper drinks from 5 p.m. to kickoff as well as taking prop bets and having giveaways.

Shamrock Bar & Grille on Patchen Drive will have a Game Day menu, drink specials and a chili dog buffet at halftime during the Super Bowl.

Sky Zone Trampoline Park on Boston Road. will be hosting its annual Super Bowl Superbash and offer free food, drinks, games, prizes and TV viewing areas starting at 6 p.m.-11 p.m.

Soundbar on Limestone is hosting a pot luck starting at 6: 30 p.m.

Willie’s Locally Known on Southland Drive is hosting a big 50-wing special leading up to the kickoff of the game.
