Tim Knittel, former bourbon industry insider and Executive Bourbon Steward, will lead a Bourbon 101 class at Bronte Bistro inside Joseph Beth Booksellers on December 7 at 6 pm.

This tasting will include corn whiskey (like moonshine but legal), a traditional bourbon, a premium bourbon, a rye whiskey and a one of the new ‘finished style’ bourbons. Tim Knittel will guide you through the exact nosing, tasting and palate training techniques used by professional bourbon tasters.
