The CHEW Dinner Series features Chef Jeremy Ashby of Azur on Wednesday, March 2 at 6 pm at NextGen Aviation (4414 Aviator Rd).

“CHEW Dinner Series is a monthly Chef-driven, farm-to-table series where guests get to explore local foods and amazing Lexington Chefs!

Chef Ashby will create a menu inspired by Paris, using a few ingredients from Paris, KY – the dinner will be hosted at the NEXGEN Aviation Hangar.

Tickets include appetizers, bar, and the three-course menu – you must be 21 years old or older to drink alcohol.”
