Henry Clay High School will host the annual Gobble Grease Toss on Friday, November 27 from 10 am – 2 pm.

“Frying a turkey this Thanksgiving? Bring your used cooking oil to the Gobble Grease Toss! Please carry oil in a secure, lidded container to prevent spills. Residents only; no businesses, please.”

“Fats, oil and grease (FOG) from cooking oils and grease can cause clogs and backups in the sanitary sewer system.
